The Key to Productivity

Since leaders rely on their teams to accomplish objectives they need to ensure that they are functioning in a high-trust, low-friction environment. Behavior conflicts are a common part of group dynamics that can interfere with productivity, and are often preventable when the team has an understanding of individual work styles, how styles effect communication and job performance, and how the team can work together to build on strengths, overcome weaknesses and improve overall organizational effectiveness.

The Business Solutions Coach® uses the science of Behaviors (DISC) and Motivators in an integrated assessment tool to facilitate Communication for Success team building. These exercises are designed to enlighten your employees with a better understanding of themselves and each other as they identify their style with the rest of their team, and the unique value they bring to the organization.

Managers and executives also gain tremendous personal benefit as they see how their leadership styles are perceived by those they manage.

Approach

Our goal is to put each team member at ease in a non-threatening, fun environment that adds to the bonding experience, making them feel comfortable contributing to the discussion, even with upper management present.

Groups of 12 or less:

We believe that this size team, which is typically a small business or department, responds and connects best outside the office in a casual setting such as a restaurant.

Groups of more than 12:

We facilitate larger groups in an upbeat, playful environment with activities and games.

The Behaviors (DISC) and Motivators Assessment

Each person is a unique creation and our assessments reflect that.

TTI Success Insight® DISC Behavior assessments have been proven and are superior to other DISC assessments in the marketplace. Integrated with motivators, there is no other assessment that can better highlight the uniqueness of an individual and how their strengths contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team. It all comes down to the science and statistics of behaviors that are depicted in 384 individual graphs, as compared to 16 graphs used by most other behavioral models. Joining together the driving forces which add “why you do what you do” makes this assessment an exceptionally sophisticated psychological instrument.

In team building exercises, we often find similar profiles, but no 2 that are ever identical.

Results

As the team gains a deeper understanding and appreciation of each other they make adjustments that improve how they interact and work together, and the entire organization benefits from the increase in moral and productivity.

Client Commitment

We believe vulnerability is the path to connectedness.

CEOs and department heads are expected to lead by setting the example in how they respond to the discussion of their assessment.
